Observation

The licensor interviewed staff and the child’s parent. She also observed the incident report. There was a visible injury, and staff were not sure when or how it happened. Staff believed and reported on the injury report it occurred in a playhouse outside by a child known for biting but didn’t see it happen. The staff were not supervising all areas outside, or the child that was known for biting. For these reasons, the licensor finds the violation likely valid.
